We handle the technical setup directly with your IT, so you do not have to coordinate it. We agree the safest and simplest connection method with them, whether that is read-only access, a replica, anonymised data or an export, and take care of the setup together. Nothing is written back to your ERP, and nothing in your existing system has to change.

We set up who should receive which report pages, and how often, whether daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. The selected pages then arrive automatically by email, so nobody has to remember to log in. We keep the reports running when your ERP or Microsoft changes something, manage your Power BI users and licences, answer questions on weekdays 9 to 17, make minor tweaks, and review with you once a quarter what is used and what to add. Month to month. Cancel any time.

10 000 € + VAT is the price. Not an estimate, not a day rate. If our part of the work takes longer than a week, that is our problem, not your invoice. You pay for the outcome listed on this page, nothing more.
And you own everything we build: the Power BI workspace, the data model, the reports and the documentation live in your tenant. If you never want to speak to us again after day 30, you do not have to.
Straight answers
- “Will this work with our custom ERP?”
- Most likely. We read the database structure ourselves, so you do not need to explain how it was built. The fit call confirms whether we can connect.
- “Why not just ask our ERP vendor?”
- Ask them. If they can deliver this in a week at a fixed price, take it. Usually the answer is a roadmap slide.
- “Will this affect our ERP?”
- No writes, no schema changes and no changes to how your ERP works. Refreshes can run outside business hours or from a replica.
- “What about data access?”
- You do not have to give us direct production access. Your IT can choose read-only access, a replica, an anonymised copy or an export. We work with them and use the safest option that works.
- “What about GDPR and customer data?”
- Personal data can be excluded or anonymised before it reaches us, and everything runs in your own Microsoft tenant. We sign a data processing agreement as standard.
- “We are a Google Workspace company, not Microsoft.”
- That is common and it is fine. Power BI needs a Microsoft tenant for the people who log in, and we set that up or walk you through it. Most of your team will only ever receive the emailed reports, which need no Microsoft account at all.
- “How much work is this for us?”
- Very little. You join the kick-off and presentation. We handle the build and coordinate the technical setup directly with your IT.
- “What if our IT takes three weeks to grant access?”
- Then it takes three weeks, and your price does not change. Our week of work starts when the connection is live.
- “Will people actually use it?”
- They do not have to remember to open Power BI. The report pages they need can arrive automatically by email, daily, weekly or monthly.
- “Who owns everything when you are done?”
- You do. The reports, data model and documentation live in your tenant. After 30 days, you can run it yourself or keep us on for support.
- “What happens after 30 days?”
- Your reports keep arriving. You can leave it there, or take Ongoing Support for 1 000 € a month if you would rather we handle maintenance, licences and questions.
- “Can you add our webshop, Google Ads or accounting data too?”
- Yes, as a separate, quoted piece of work, or under Ongoing Support. The Package covers one ERP database so we can promise the price and the week.
- “Why not a big consultancy?”
- You can, and you will get a project plan. Here, the person who scopes your reports is the person who builds them and the person who answers the phone afterwards.
- “What does the fit call actually involve?”
- Fifteen minutes. Which ERP and database you run, what you would most like to know about your business, and whether we can connect to it. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
